Culinary experiments
From now on I am going to try to publish this blog in english mainly for two reasons, much more people are going to be able to read it and maybe this way I will write something in english. I expect everybody will understand the posts even with my low english level.
Ok, as the title of this post says, an Erasmus student has to be really good organizer with his money and that of course affects to the food.
From the first day my feeding out of the ravintolat (restaurants in finnish) has been mainly composed of eggs, milk, cookies, french bread and packaged salads. Now I want to spread the possibilities and the first step has been to combine in a wired way these basic food.
The result has been a peach homelet!!!, two days ago a girl from Barcelona brought a banana homelet and I thought....why not??, and finally yesterday I have for dinner a DELICIOUS peach homelet, maybe peach with eggs (because it was done with two eggs and two peaches, maybe too much peach or two few eggs). :]:]
I think I am going to write down all those new and revolutionary "Erasmus recipes", and from now on I am not going to disclose them in order to make a lot of money in a close future.
Sure my mam will be proud of me, even if the first food has been a peach homelet.
